China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) traces its origins back to the Foreign Aid Office of the Ministry of Transport, established in 1958. Formally formed as a company in 1979, it is one of China's earliest state-owned enterprises to engage in international engineering contracting and foreign economic cooperation. Currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC), a Fortune Global 500 company, CRBC serves as a crucial platform for CCCC's international business development and a major force in overseas market expansion.

After decades of international development, CRBC has established branches and regional centers in over 70 countries and regions worldwide, covering major markets in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Its ongoing projects exceed US$35 billion in contract value. CRBC has developed a full-chain service capability encompassing highways, bridges, railways, ports, airports, municipal engineering, building construction, sports stadiums, and integrated industrial park development, providing clients with integrated solutions including investment and financing, planning and design, engineering construction, operation, and maintenance.
