Xiaomi Smart Co. Limited is Xiaomi's legal entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, holding a valid foreign investment licence, and incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in February 2025. Established in Riyadh, the entity serves as the operational and commercial hub for Xiaomi's activities across KSA.

Xiaomi KSA's product portfolio spans smartphones, smart home devices, wearables, tablets, and a growing range of IoT-connected consumer electronics. Products are sold through a network of authorised retail partners, and Xiaomi's own e-commerce platform (mi.com/sa), ensuring broad market reach and a consistent brand experience for Saudi consumers.

As of May 2026, Xiaomi is currently partnered with eXtra, Jarir Bookstore, Noon, Amazon and STC, amongst others.

The company is a beneficiary of MISA's Incentive Programme for Regional Distribution, Logistics and After-Sales Centres - this designation reflects Xiaomi's strategic importance as a long-term technology investor in the Kingdom and its alignment with Vision 2030's objectives of digital transformation and economic diversification.

Across all operations, Xiaomi actively engages with MISA, the Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA, and the the General Authority for Foreign Trade. Consumer-facing activities — spanning retail, e-commerce, after-sales service, warranty management, and product localisation — are conducted in full accordance with Saudi commercial, consumer protection, and data protection frameworks, including the Personal Data Protection Law.

In the coming years, Xiaomi KSA hopes to expand its footprint in Saudi Arabia with its local presence, and increasing number of partners, with the introduction of a wider range of phones (particularly flagship models), AIOT products.
