China National Building Material International Saudi Arabia Co. (hereinafter referred to as “Saudi Overseas Warehouse”) was approved for establishment by the Group on February 14, 2025. The company is registered in Riyadh with a capital of SAR 30 million (approximately RMB 57 million) and is positioned as a localized platform service provider in Saudi Arabia. Registration was completed in August 2025.

The business scope covers distribution and logistics, warehousing operations, building material processing, and engineering services. Its main products include three categories: building materials, decoration and finishing materials, and electrical equipment. The company plans to set up its first warehouse in Riyadh, with additional branches in Jeddah and Dammam according to business development.

In the initial stage, the company focuses on providing centralized procurement, logistics optimization, and supply chain management services for Chinese central SOE projects in Saudi Arabia. After one and a half years of operation, the company aims to integrate local building material manufacturing enterprises through equity investment, establish its own processing base, and promote the localization of key products. By implementing the “Overseas Warehouse+” model, it will build a full industrial chain integrating production, warehousing, and services, deeply aligning with Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030” infrastructure market.
