Offshore Oil Engineering Arabia Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. As Saudi locally registered company it will represent China Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd.(COOEC) for market development, local investment, project bidding, and execution in Saudi Arabia. Its main business scope includes design, procurement, construction, offshore installation, commissioning, maintenance, and other large-scale engineering general contracting companies for offshore oil and gas development projects in the Saudi Arabian. COOEC is a long-term agreement (LTA) supplier for Saudi Aramco's offshore oil and gas engineering. Its main products include offshore oil and gas platform, Jacket, subsea pipeline/cable laying, subsea facilities installation, offshore maintenance and renovation etc.
